Whole Hog Beer Dinner on the River

From the venue:This Friday Canoe will host a pig and beer dinner on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. Chef Matthew Basford will be roasting a Georgia Ossabaw hog from Hamthropolgy, a farm featuring registered Ossabaw Island Pork from a natural, free-range, non-GMO herd. The dinner will also feature beer pairings from Wild Heaven and Monday Night Brewing.
