From the venue:

The Atlanta LGBT Film and Music Festival makes its debut with three days of movies and music by, for, and about queer people. The festival’s opening night features the Georgia premiere of Major!, a documentary chronicling the 40 years black transwoman Miss Major Griffin-Gracy has dedicated to the fight for trans WOCs rights. On Saturday, catch Julien Dubuque International Film Festival selection A Road to Home, the heartwrenching stories of six homeless LGBT youths whose families have rejected them. Send the festival off at a dance party at Woodruff Park hosted by YouTube sensation Amber (from Amber’s Closet) and self-proclaimed Big Dick Bitch Ts Madison. Saturday’s closing lineup includes performances by Atlanta native Miloh Smith, New York City’s Tish Hyman, Bry’nt of Hartford, Connecticut, and more.
