With Labor Day weekend behind us, culinary adventure and camaraderie awaits all foodies’ return to the chef’s table. Eat like a king – or queen – with prominent chefs and mixologists at Taste of Buckhead. The lineup boasts 20 restaurants from little Italy’s best courtesy of Maggiano’s and St. Cecilia to downsouth barbecue from Smokebelly BBQ. Local breweries, including Sweetwater and Red Hare, are also in the mix as guests will get to enjoy a haven of beer and wine tastings along with their food. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of wine to donate to the Buckhead Business Association’s spirit wall. Guests can purchase a donated spirit, with proceeds going to the Giving Kitchen, a nonprofit that provides emergency assistance to local restaurant workers facing unanticipated hardship. Good samaritan points pairs well with any glass of cabernet.
