SCADFILM presents a screening of Fast Times at Ridgemont High followed by a Q-and-A session with director Amy Heckerling. An inexperienced teen gets dating advice from her uninhibited friend and ends up in a love triangle with a nice guy and his confident buddy. Meanwhile, her surfing stoner classmate faces off against strict teacher Mr. Hand in this ’80s teen comedy classic. Heckerling, an alumna of both New York University and the America Film Institute, has directed other hit films such as European Vacation, Look Who’s Talking and Clueless.
