Africa Forecast: Fashioning Contemporary Life showcases photography, paintings, fashions, video, and more works of art by 20 women hailing from Africa, the Caribbean, and the U.S. The collection highlights the diverse ways women of the African diaspora carry their culture with them. Three of the featured artists, Lina Iris Viktor, Mimi Plange, and Firelei Báez, stop by Spelman for a final discussion of their work before the exhibit closes on Sat., Dec. 3.
