Party With the Past: King Plow

Young ATLiens (and more seasoned residents) are invited to learn the history of King Plow Arts Center. What was once plow factory in the early 20th century has become and anchor in Atlanta’s arts scene. Representatives from the Atlanta History Center will discuss preservation and adaptive re-use of the city’s old structures. There will be a cash bar and food for purchase. The event will also serve as a food drive for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. For every three food items brought (whole grain foods, shelf stable milk, canned or dried fruit, and protein-rich foods are among the preferred items), guests will be entered into a raffle.
