A community-based public art project co-led by the Reynoldstown Civic Improvement League, a neighborhood organization dedicated to the betterment of Reynoldstown. WonderRoot, a Reynoldstown-based non-profit arts organization with a mission to unite artists and community to inspire positive social change will also be involved. The project will use art as a means to bring diverse residents together to explore changing neighborhood demographics.At Lang Carson Recreation Center
