Monthly cheese course led by Cheesemonger Carolyn Bender at Star Provisions. The May class features cheeses from the British Isles: England, Scotland and Ireland. The class features five cheeses and three wines. Reservations are encouraged as the 45-minute class is limited to 20 participants.
