During this hands-on cooking class at the Cook’s Warehouse in Decatur, chef Naina Bhedwar will demonstrate how to make bright, vegetarian Indian dishes from scratch. On the agenda are dishes such as paneer and zucchini kofta curry aka meatless meatballs in a cashew sauce and smoky, stir-fried eggplant.
