Chef Jordan Wakefield of Smoke Ring has partnered up with the brewing geniuses at Sierra Nevada to create the perfect midsummer beer dinner. Featuring a selection of the brewery’s rarest and lightest beers, the 5-course dinner reaches the highest potential of the summer cookout. From the grilled romaine Caesar to cedar plank smoked salmon bouillabaisse, the dinner’s creativity pairs perfectly with Sierra Nevada’s deep bench of seasonal and limited-run beers.
