Summer days call for juicy tomatoes, and La Tavola is answering the call with its 13th annual Tomatofeast! Beginning Wednesday, July 29, through Saturday, August 8, the tomato will steal the show as executive chef Justin Jordan and his culinary team showcase the season’s quintessential harvest on a limited-time menu. Highlights of the tomato-centric menu include as tomato-cured lonza with pickled squash and cherry tomato, lasagnette with heirloom tomato, burrata and tomato conservaand roasted whole fish in aqua pazza.Tomatofeast offerings will be available alongside La Tavola’s regular dinner menu.
