Real barbecue, real cider, and a real good time will all be available at Smoke Ring on Wednesday, September 2. Chef Jordan Wakefield is partnering with Vermont cider maker Woodchuck Cider for a unique alternative to the usual beer and wine dinners. Each of the five courses have been expertly paired with ciders that will complement Chef Wakefield’s elevated barbecue and grill-inspired dishes. Woodchuck’s crisp, bubbly ciders will make you an instant believer in this all too uncommon beverage pairing. A cocktail reception will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed immediately by the dinner.
