Neighbors, students, and street performers will reclaim the streets between 3 and 7 p.m. when portions of North Decatur Road at the village roundabout will be closed to vehicular traffic for an afternoon of fun activities, including circus performers, local bands and a capella groups, a rock wall, and food from local village businesses!
