Guests can enjoy five courses prepared by chef Wakefield along with beer pairings from Brewery Ommegang including the Game of Thrones and Fire and Blood. The dinner will begin with the chef’s House Jerky Samplin’ and will be followed by the first course of Smoked Octopus. The remaining courses will consist of Free Range Ostrich Slider, Stuffed Wild Georgia Quail Breasts, Smoked Domestic Venison and French Toast and Ice Cream.
