Featuring expressive, beautiful art of homeless men and women, Central ArtWorks is an art show like no other. Some works are skillful, vibrant; others portray beauty in the midst of unbelievable struggle. This art is worth seeing; its creators are worth seeing, not as sad statistics, but as artists who may sleep on cardboard overnight but wake up and paint a serene, deep watercolor. Aside from unique art, you will enjoy food, beer, wine, and live jazz. All proceeds benefit Central Outreach & Advocacy Center, which provides critical services, innovative job training, and advocacy for homeless people in metro Atlanta.
