The Atlanta Botanical Garden’s Well-Seasoned Chef Series is a series of cooking demonstration dinners featuring Atlanta’s top chefs. This week, join chef Jay Swift of Fourth & Swift as he prepares a prix-fixe menu with ingredients directly from the Edible Garden. Wine pairings for each course will also be available.
