Festive Fourth of July Specials

BLT Steak Atlanta is cooking up an all-American feast. Menu includes house-made pickles, pimento cheese and house-made Pepperoni, and the Heirloom Tomato Salad with Vidalia onions, arugula, and rich buttermilk dressing. The grill masters offer a choice of a 16 oz. dry aged Kansas City Strip drizzled with red wine butter or the Smoked Pork Loin Chop served with pickled strawberries and a BBQ demi glaze. The meal is completed by homemade Apple Pie served with bourbon caramel, mint crème anglaise and cinnamon ice cream.
