Nicolas Quinones, wine director and owner of Woodfire Grill, presents ‘The Biodynamic Difference,’ a guided wine tasting through eight samplings. The night’s wines will be organic, vegan, low sulfite, soil driven wines and each will come from different places such as Italy and Spain. Reservations available at the event, but guests may also call or email to reserve beforehand.
