In this class, Matt Coggin, chef and partner at D.B.A. Barbecue in Virginia-Highland, will demonstrate how to prepare D.B.A.’s famous Grilled Texas Cream Corn, Brisket Chili, Corn Cheese Muffins and BBQ Rub. He will also make a sweet, mustard and vinegar sauce for smoked chicken. Guests will learn how to prepare dishes with insider tips, including how to clean ribs, select smoking temperatures and times, and choose the right wood selection. Evening includes wine tastings by National Distributors and a chance to win door prizes by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. All proceeds benefit Atlanta Community Food Bank.
