Hailed as “the Jimmy page of his profession”, esteemed author and Chef, Norman Van Aken, will join guests for an hour-long cocktail reception before presenting his new world cuisine in a five course meal with wine pairings. Van Aken is an author of six cookbooks and a Florida native who pioneered new world cuisine and won the James Beard Award for “Best Chef Southeast”. The menu features heavily items and ingredients from the Florida Key.
