Thanksgiving is a time to gather with family and friends and give thanks for what we all have. The celebration is often centered around very traditional dishes, so what happens when you have to remove wheat (gluten), dairy, corn, soy, rice, nuts or eggs because one or more of the guests now can’t eat them? The meaning of the meal and its taste must remain. In this allergy-free cooking class, we will honor the best of Thanksgiving without sacrificing flavor, texture, nutrition—or tradition. The menu is free of milk, egg, wheat/gluten, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, soy, and peanuts.
