Gabrielle Hamilton, James Beard award-winning chef of Prune in New York and author of New York Times best seller Blood, Bones & Butter, comes to Restaurant Eugene for a book signing and dinner. The author dinner will feature dishes like pork cutlet Milanese with a crunchy salad on top and grilled head-on shrimp with anchovy butter. Guests will all receive a copy of Prune, Hamilton’s new cook book.
