Valenza will be opening for an extraordinary Father’s Day brunch featuring a three-course prix-fixe menu for $29.00 per person. Chef Matt Swickerath will prepare traditional Italian brunch favorites including crostini di granchio (warm peeky toe crab salad, lemon oil), frittata di zucchine (eggs, potato, oven dried tomato, fresh mozzarella) and panna cotta al limone (vanilla lemon panna cotta, strawberries, saba). In addition, an a la carte children’s menu will be available for $8.00 per item.
