Miller Union’s Four Year Anniversary Lunch

Miller Union celebrates four years with a special prix fixe menu presented by chef Steven Satterfield. From 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., guests will enjoy a complimentary sparkling aperitif cocktail followed by a selection of seasonal items. The meal will begin with shared pimento cheese with celery and roasted pecans, and a choice of soup or chicory salad with blue cheese, pecans and apples. Entree choices include a variety of salads and sandwiches, Steven’s signature vegetable plate, shrimp and grits and two pork dishes. To conclude the celebratory meal, guests will enjoy homemade Miller Union birthday cake presented.
