Head down to your favorite watering hole on Friday, Nov. 15 beginning at 5 p.m. for Yappy Hour! There will be delicious drink and food, along with music and raffles to celebrate and support the start up of Bring Change 2 Animals, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the rescuing and well-being of neglected and abused animals.
