In the words of NOLA-born chef Scott Serpas, ‘Happy New Year, ya heard?†Guests of Serpas True Food will enjoy a four-course prix fixe dinner starting with an amuse-bouche of black eyed pea Sonoma Jack cheese fritter, and moving into gourmet selections such as fried lobster tail, pecan buttermilk tart and more!
