The farmer is in at Georgia Organics’ annual conference at the Georgia International Convention Center. From Feb. 22-23, FarmRx: A Prescription for Better Health will explore the link between good food and good health through educational sessions and hands-on workshops. The conference will also feature a local farm tour and a Farmers Feast coordinated by chefs Cathy Conway (Avalon Catering), Anne Quatrano (Bacchanalia), and Steven Satterfield (Miller Union). Neurosurgeon and CNN chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta will deliver the keynote address on Feb. 23.
