Avid readers are invited to a sensorial journey of words, wine and rhythm at Regine Rousseau’s Book & Wine Paring at City Winery on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. Discussing Rousseau’s second installation of poetry, Searching for Cloves and Lilies: The Wine Edition, guests can dive into the artistry of Rousseau’s words, while sipping on rare wine pairings from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Each wine pairing will collectively capture the variety of feelings amid all the triumphs, confessional vulnerability and hope channeled through Rousseau’s poetic subjects.
