HOBNOB Brookhaven Hosts World of Whiskeys Tasting Event

HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern is hosting a unique pairing event featuring famous whiskeys from around the world on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. Seating is limited, and tickets are available now for $39 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). This collaborative five-course food and whiskey tasting event features the following: Nikka Coffey Grain (Japan) paired with stuffed mushrooms
Chipotle-breaded mushrooms stuffed with smoked Gouda and topped with candied bacon Kavalan King Car Conductor (Taiwan) paired with chicken satay. Grilled marinated chicken with a lemon-dill aioli. Virginia Highland Whiskey Port Cask (Virginia) paired with pigs in a blanket Smoked pulled pork wrapped in a flaky pastry topped with beer BBQ sauce Widow Jane (New York) paired with lamb chops
Lamb lollipops topped with seasoned fried leeks and rosemary demi-glace Old Potrero 18th Century Rye (California) paired with orange chocolate mousse Silky chocolate mousse topped with guimauve, orange shavings and candied brittles.
