SOUND JOURNEY CLASS - WITH CATS!

Come join the cats at Good Mews for our new SOUND JOURNEY CLASS. This is a one hour class dedicated to total relaxation for both attendees and the cats that live at Good Mews who are waiting to be adopted. This class will be held in the main cat area and participants can either sit or lie on their own blanket or yoga mat or sit in chairs. The class is led by Michael Murphy Burke, a Vibrational Sound Therapist (BST) certified through the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA). Michael will use Tibetan singing bowls and other unique sound instruments to create a night of vibrational bliss for the cats and the people who attend. People find that sounds and vibrations reduce stress and create a deep sense of peace that impacts their well-being. Space is limited to 18. Reservations recommended.
