Cost: $40 per person for members and non-members.

From the venue:

Take a walk on the calm side and let the forest be your therapist. Forest therapy is the practice of Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing, through which participants learn and practice techniques to connect more deeply with nature as a tool for better health. Forest Therapy follows a gentle pace and is appropriate for all levels. This program will be led by certified Forest Therapy Guide Phyllis Abramson, RN, PhD.
