Van Cliburn International Piano Competition 2014 Silver Medalist and Gramophone’s 2017 Young Artist of the Year Beatrice Rana makes an eagerly awaited return to Spivey Hall after making her triumphant debut with the season-opening concert there in 2014. The Italian pianist’s recital will include Frédéric Chopin’s Études, Op.25, Maurice Ravel’s Miroirs, and Guido Agosti’s piano transcriptions of three movements from The Firebird (Danse infernale, Berceuse and Finale) by Igor Stravinsky.
