If I Told You Gallery Feminist Show Closing

Join us for the closing reception for If I Told You...
If I Told You… is a group exhibition consisting of work by female-identifying artists around themes of harassment, assault, violence and the treatment of the female body. This show engaged the community through a robust schedule of programming held in the space at The Beacon.

At 8:00pm, we will be screening a new film by Melissa Alexander. Confessional tells a story of sexual violence through the words of victims. It has been created as part of the If I Told You... exhibition. It will be screened alongside written testimonies of sexual violence collected during the show.
