Concrete Jungle Fruit Ramble

Atlanta’s favorite fruity nonprofit, Concrete Jungle, is kicking off their picking season with the Spectacular Fruit Ramble on Sunday, May 19 from 3 to 8 pm. The Concrete Jungle crew will lead guests on foot or by bike through the edible landscape of East Atlanta. Ramble attendees will enjoy an adventurous afternoon spent learning about the city’s fruit trees and sampling fruits along the path, such as serviceberries and mulberries. The tour will conclude at Brownwood Park Recreation Center for a zany, fruit-themed carnival and drinks provided by Midway Pub.

The Spectacular Fruit Ramble is Concrete Jungle’s largest fundraiser of the year, raising support for their efforts to harvest neglected fruit trees across the city to donate the bounty to local soup kitchens and food pantries.
