Songs For Kids gives kids battling serious illness the opportunity to express themselves through music. Our musicians impact the lives of kids both in and out of children’s hospitals through live interactive concerts, hospital bedside performances, music mentorship, and songwriting & recording programs. 

After years of hard work and planning, the Songs For Kids Center is now open! The Center is designed to serve kids with illnesses, injuries, genetic disorders, conditions and special needs. Located in Downtown Atlanta, the Songs For Kids Center is across the street from Centennial Olympic Park, behind the famous ferris wheel. The Center features the Songs For Kids Record Factory, our state of the art recording studio where kids of all ages and abilities can write and record songs. Weekly in-depth one-on-one musical instruction (voice, guitar, piano, drums, etc.) with a Songs for Kids Mentor is also featured at the Center. Our performance area inspires all kids to get on stage, whether it’s to shake a tambourine with the band or perform a song or composition they’ve written with their Songs For Kids mentor. Kids can also just hang at the Center, make new friends, and enjoy the music. You don’t have to be a “musician” to rock with Songs For Kids! All programs at the Center are FREE.
