Join Cooks & Soldiers on Wednesday, August 21, from 5 to 10 p.m. to welcome Valerie Chang, Eater Young Gun and James Beard recognized chef of ITAMAE, as she joins the restaurant team to offer a special menu for one night only. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an abbreviated Cooks & Soldiers menu while tasting Chang’s dishes a la carte, as well as meet the guest chef for mixing and mingling during their visit. The restaurant will be open for normal operating hours, but reservations are recommended.
