From the venue:

In the 2019 release of his highly anticipated fourth album, After All, Rob Baird takes you on a lyrical journey of love, loss, and growth. Recorded straight to tape in his native Tennessee, at Battletapes in East Nashville, under the watchful eye of Jeremy Ferguson (Cage The Elephant, Andrew Combs, Lucie Silvas), After All was produced by long time friend and collaborator Rick Brantley, along with Texas-based Z lynch and Austin ‘Woodrow’ Morgan. After All weaves together sounds inspired by a range of influences, from the singer-songwriter stylings of Lucinda Williams, to James McMurty’s uninhibited vocals and rock ‘n’ roll cords. Baird penned the album sitting around his kitchen table in Austin, with friends Burleson Smith, David Beck and Brian Douglas Phillips, and concedes that he needed to go back to the gritty, passionate honesty that the music from his Tennessee upbringing provided, declaring, “Thank god I got out of my own way and back to my roots.”
