“Only U2 does U2 better” is the mantra of four fans who got together with the goal of saving one St. Patrick’s Day celebration. Out of Control’s quest for accuracy, excitement, and attention to detail in live renditions of tunes from Boy to Songs of Experience, and from The Joshua Tree, ZooTV and Vertigo tours, is unparalleled. Twenty plus years of experience (in the U.S., South America, and Europe) in tribute bands, as well as other professional musical settings, is used to portray the musical and visual output of four lads from Dublin. Out of Control derives its name from U2’s first single, which was written on Bono’s 18th birthday.
