Author Vicky Shecter will read from her latest book about six historical rebel queens and then lead a tour the galleries to explore images and stories of warrior women across the collections. After the tour, children will create their own warrior shields with artist Ana Vizurraga.
For children ages 8-14 with accompanying adult.
