Hands-on Spice Class

On Saturday, March 14, Cooks & Soldiers will welcome nationally acclaimed chef, author & spice mastermind Lior Lev Sercarz of New York City’s La Boîte for a special hands-on spice class. Known for his custom blends & powerful flavors, Sercarz will bring his talents to Atlanta for one-night only to host a spice master class featuring an immersion into the world of La Boîte’s best spices followed by a hands-on spice blending demo. The class will take place at 3:30pm – tickets are $78 per person (spots are limited). Each ticket includes a spice tutorial, an autographed copy of Sercarz’s latest cookbook, a personalized spice blend, light bites and one cocktail. Later that evening, Cooks & Soldiers will serve a selection of a la carte specials curated by chefs Matthew Ridgway & Sercarz, each marrying traditional Basque flavors with Sercarz’s favorite spice blends - available during dinner service.
