Briarcliff Church is now offering fitness classes for Seniors of all fitness levels. All classes are FREE with a Silver Sneakers Membership. Only $30/mo for non-members. You will be able to train with one of Georgia’s top personal trainers, Jamaree Gordon, who’s a former professional athlete turned trainer. Renew Senior Fitness will identify key strengths and weaknesses and help improve overall fitness at your speed. All fitness levels are welcome!
