The Emory University Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics (the Compassion Center), with the support of His Holiness The Dalai Lama, will kick off a 21-Day Compassion Challenge on March 6, 2021.The 21-Day Compassion Challenge is a commitment to exploring the power of compassion and how to practice it in daily life. The program includes guided meditations, journaling, and simple daily tasks to put compassion into action. Discover your personal Compassion Quotient and learn how it can shift minds and worlds.
