ABOUT: The Decatur Short Docs Festival showcases short documentaries about people and places in our community and the South. We look for films with the heart, art and soul of this diverse region. Organizer Hal Jacobs is a documentary filmmaker in Decatur, Ga., who produces work through his company, HJacobs Creative. The festival is co-sponsored by Georgia Center for the Book.
