Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and pillow for comfort. Sound meditations or sound baths offers profound relaxation. People often experience inspiration, revelations, and releases from the physical and emotional bodies. It’s a great option for those who find focused meditations challenging. You simply close your eyes for a sound bath and the ethereal sounds do the rest.
