Legendary University of Georgia Coach Vince Dooley and renowned artist Steve Penley will be at the Marketplace on Sunday, Nov. 14 from 2-3 p.m. for a special signing of their collaboration, “Dooley’s Playbook: the 34 Most Memorable Plays in Georgia Football History.
