Purgatory. Mock Orange was founded in Southern Indiana back in 1994. Their 1998 album “Nines and Sixes” was met with critical acclaim. It placed the group on national college radio charts and established a loyal fanbase. The band has since worked with such producers as Mark Trombino (Jimmy Eat World/Blink 182), J. Robbins (Jawbox/Jets to Brazil/Clutch), and Grammy Award winner Jeremy Ferguson (Cage The Elephant/Lambchop). The next 10 subsequent records solidified their standing as an innovative, genre blurring band. Currently, Mock Orange continues to release albums and EP’s, tour the U.S., Europe and Japan, and amass a consistently growing cult following.
