Movement and Mobility Workshop

Local wellness professional Kate will lead an hour of movement designed to lengthen, strengthen, and stabilize the mind, body and the connected between the two. Movement will be followed by a wellness discussion paired with a pint!

We will be holding “wellness workshops’“ at Elsewhere every month in 2022. We are making It a priority to spend more time focusing on ourselves and having more discussions about it!
You can expect different topics and the occasional change coach each month.
