CL’s Tony Paris Recommends: Event begins 10:00 AM at Centennial Olympic Park with opening remarks from Ambassador Young. Elected officials, dignitaries and celebrities will join Ambassador Young for the march, which concludes at the Rodney Cook Sr. Peace Park in Vine City. It is Young’s hope that people, groups, and organizations will join the walk for the purpose of reconciliation — and to send a message about the importance of peace and friendship. Organizations and individuals may register to participate in the walk on the AY90 website. — TP

The 1.5 mile walk will start at Centennial Olympic Park and end at the Rodney Cook Sr Peace Park with the unveiling of the Andrew Young statue. Join Ambassador Young, government officials, international guests and celebrities.
