Fitness often gets lost during the summer months, so we are pushing y’all to continue at your neighborhood watering hole!! This weekend we have a break with our Salute your glutes, and are offering a moderately challenging yoga flow instead. Bring your mat, to join local Orange Theory & Yoga trainer Kate for a good flow, and reward yourself with a beer after. $12 drop-in fee includes the yoga class.
