Neighborhoods - Joyland

As the story goes, back in 1921 Joyland was an amusement park geared toward blacks. Today, the small, southeast Atlanta neighborhood is the home of Arthur Langford Jr. Park (aka Langford Park), which, in addition to being home to an abstract sculpture, “Spirit Bench,” will soon be overhauled by Atlanta Beltline and city parks department.
